Richard Barrett, the Managing Director, who undertook this work himself was always friendly and polite and went out of his way to ensure work was carried out at the most convenient times to coincide with our opening hours, even offering to work over-night which, fortunately, was not necessary.

At the end of 2009 Extracta Cleaning provided us with a very reasonable quote for cleaning the carpets at Brook Lane Surgery. This we accepted and Richard came in over a weekend to do the job at no additional cost.

The result was exceptional. Richard was exceptionally courteous and provided an excellent service. All of the carpets were like new when we came back into the surgery on Monday.

Richard also cleaned alot of the chairs in the surgery and it was amazing how clean they were.

We were shocked by the transformation that happened that weekend. Marks that previous cleaning companies couldn't shift had disappeared.

Richard provided an excellent service and I would have no hesitation in recommending his company.
